The LEVO I takes the mess out of home infusion. It uses controlled heat to transfer flavour, scent, colour, and nutrients of herbs into the oil or butter of your choice. The LEVO I gives the user full autonomy and control over ingredients and quantities.
Developed to take straining and long wait times out of the infusion process, it also offers the home chef the flexibility to make small batches of oils. Because the LEVO I incorporates a gentle infusion method that has no aeration, your final product will have a very long shelf life.
Dishwasher-safe components make cleanup and maintenance a breeze. With a modern design and sophisticated style, the LEVO I is a counter top accessory that will fit into any kitchen.

HOW TO USE:
It’s as simple as it looks.
- Add the herb & oil (butter, coconut oil, etc.) of your choice.
- Set the time and temperature.
- Dispense your uniquely infused creation into the storage container of your choice (we recommend a mason jar as LEVO can prepare up to 16 oz at a time).
- Throw the reservoir into the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
